Rhubarb-Strawberry Jelly

I kind of made this up, using more rhubarb juice than strawberry juice (I have more rhubarb available to me without cost than I have strawberries for a price).  Interestingly, I think it tastes more like cherry jelly than either strawberry or rhubarb.  Go figure.  It is beautiful and it is tasty.





Postscript:  This was the only one of my six jellies that didn’t receive a ribbon.  And just look at how beautiful it is!  Harummpppphhhhh!
